Refund Policy

Last updated 17 September 2026

A course is delivered the moment you open it, so the rule here is short: fourteen days to change your mind, and only while the first lesson is still closed. We say it before you buy rather than after.

Courses

You can ask for a full refund within fourteen days of buying, as long as you have not opened the first lesson. No reason is needed and none will be asked for.

Once any lesson has been opened, the course counts as delivered and is not refundable. The same holds once the fourteen days have passed, opened or not.

The course page tells you what is inside before you pay: every module, the number of lessons, the length, and the format. If anything is unclear, write to us before buying rather than after — we would rather answer a question than take money for something you did not want.

Books

The books are PDF files. Once the download has been issued they are not refundable, because the file is already yours.

If a file is damaged, incomplete, or will not open, write to us and we will send a working copy.

Purchases made by mistake

Bought twice, bought the wrong course, or bought for the wrong account? Write to us. If nothing has been opened, we refund in full.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot give you what you paid for, you get your money back in full, whether or not anything has been opened.

How to ask

Write to support@leelasource.com from the email address you bought with, and say what you bought and when. We answer within three working days.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from. Paddle, who process the payment, usually return the money within five to ten working days.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for these sales and may also issue a refund under its own policy.
